Public School workshop tour

The Party Band is bringing music workshops to public schools in Lowell! This fall, we are visiting Pyne Elementary, Morey Elementary, and the Lowell High School to share our concepts of musical collaboration with the youth of our community. Earlier this year, we performed at the Stoklosa and Sullivan Middle Schools.

We had such a blast writing, recording, producing, and releasing this new record. It is a true representation of the first year of the Party Band- 10 original songs by past and present members, 24 people recording live in a room.

Recorded at Wellspring Sound in Acton by Pat “Mr Nice Guy” Meany.
Mixed at Wellspring Sound by Matt “Purple” Hayes.
Mastered by Brian “Ears” Redmond at The Fuzzbox.
Album front/back collages and inside layout/design by Seth “Brass Monkey” Bailin.
Band photos by Amanda “Mandee” Macchia.
Hand drawings by Dave “The Wizard” Garcia.

Here is a screen shot of the process of designing the CD artwork. Hope you enjoy the album. Stay in touch with the Party Band on Facebook and Twitter to find out when our next shows are. Peace, love, and trombones!
